🍽️ Simple Japchae Recipe (Serves 3–4):
Ingredients:

130g Chilkab glass noodles (1 serving)

1/2 onion, sliced

1/2 carrot, julienned

1/2 zucchini, julienned

1 handful spinach (blanched)

Shiitake mushrooms (optional)

Beef or chicken, sliced (optional)

Soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds

Instructions:

Boil the noodles for 1 minute, rinse in cold water, and drain.

Stir-fry each vegetable and protein with oil, set aside.

Mix noodles and ingredients in a large pan.

Season with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and minced garlic. Toss and heat for 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
